How it works
One approach in four phases: we find where the work jams, prove it in
a week, build what comes out of that, and keep it running. A client
does not pick a service, only the phase their problem starts in.

toward the build.

From a proven bottleneck to a working system, in shippable steps; you
can stop after every handover.

If it works, it keeps working — ongoing development with the same
