Development-as-a-Service: a minimum of 3 months for proper onboarding, then cancelable monthly with 1 month notice.
Project Delivery: fixed pricing with clear milestones. We believe in earning trust, not locking clients in.

How does time zone overlap work?

Indonesia is 5 to 6 hours ahead of the Netherlands. Our developers work from 10:00 to 19:00 local time, which equals 04:00 to 13:00 Dutch time. That gives at least 5 hours of overlap for standups, calls, and real-time collaboration.

Strictly. We test for technical skills, English proficiency, communication, and cultural fit. Less than 5% of candidates pass our selection. After that, we match them to your specific needs—not the other way around.

Then we switch. Within the first two weeks and at no extra cost. Our goal is a match that works in the long run—not to tie you to someone who doesn’t fit.
