OneMinded was born from a simple frustration: too many IT projects fail not because of technology, but because of a lack of ownership. Vendors who tick off what's in the contract. Teams that stop at the letter of the assignment.
We set out to build something different. A company where Dutch strategic thinking meets Indonesian engineering excellence where AI amplifies human capability rather than replacing it.
Our partner in Jakarta has delivered for enterprise clients including Unilever across Southeast Asia. Combined with our Dutch consultants who speak your language literally and figuratively we've built an integrated model that delivers results.

The best tech partners rarely come from a purely technical background. The same is true for him. Born in Indonesia and raised in Brabant, his background taught him early on how to bridge different worlds and connect people.

His career began at the very heart of IT. As a SAP Basis Consultant, he learned to navigate complex environments from the inside out from operating systems to the application layer.
