What does it cost, and how is it billed?
OneMinded works with both fixed-price and time-and-materials arrangements, and which one fits is decided per engagement rather than sold as a default. Before any work starts you receive a written proposal setting out scope, planning, team composition and price, with no hidden costs. Contract length and notice terms are agreed up front, so there is no lock-in you did not see coming.
Who does the work: the Netherlands, Indonesia, or both?
Both, and OneMinded is direct about it. The engineers are in Jakarta and the direction is Dutch, from Eindhoven, where a consultant is accountable for communication, quality and progress. There is a maximum of three links between you and the developer doing the work, which is why a decision does not travel through an account layer before it reaches the person writing the code.
Can we stop if it does not work out?
Yes. An engagement starts with a controlled trial period rather than a large commitment, so you can judge the collaboration, the quality and the rhythm on real work before scaling further. If it is not a fit, you stop at the end of that period. Notice terms are part of the proposal you sign rather than something raised afterwards.
What happens in week one?
Week one is setup rather than slideware. OneMinded matches engineers to your stack and domain, configures communication channels and development environments around the way your team already works, and agrees the demo rhythm with you. After that the progress is visible through regular demos, with the Dutch consultant available for questions throughout.
