The IT world often follows a familiar pattern. Vendors deliver exactly what’s written in the contract. Teams stop at the specifications. “That’s out of scope” becomes the default answer.
We have seen that pattern from both sides. As clients and as delivery partners. And we knew it had to be different.
In 2025, we founded OneMinded with one clear mission. To build development teams that take ownership. Teams that look beyond specifications and ask the right question: What does this truly need to deliver for your business?
